The invention discloses a kiln furniture material for preparing an oxide solid electrolyte membrane and a preparation process of a thin plate type kiln furniture. The kiln furniture material comprisesthe following components in percentage by mass: 55-65% of powder; 15-25% of a solvent; 10-15% of a pore forming agent; 0.8-1.5% of a dispersing agent; 4-8% of a binder; 2-12% of a plasticizer; and 0.04-0.08% of a defoaming agent; wherein the powder comprises 80-90 wt% of a main material and 10-20 wt% of an auxiliary material, the main material is alumina ceramic powder, and the auxiliary materialcomprises fused corundum powder, high-purity silica powder and fused mullite. The kiln furniture prepared by the invention has the advantages of high strength, high purity, erosion resistance, certain pores and high surface flatness, does not react with an electrolyte material at high temperature, and is suitable for a preparation process of an oxide solid electrolyte membrane.
本发明公开了一种氧化物固体电解质膜片制备用窑具材料及薄板式窑具的制备工艺,窑具材料包括如下质量比的组分:粉体55‑65%;溶剂15‑25%;造孔剂10‑15%;分散剂0.8‑1.5%;粘结剂4‑8%;增塑剂2‑12%;消泡剂0.04‑0.08%;所述粉体包括80‑90wt%的主料和10‑20wt%的辅料,所述主料为氧化铝陶瓷粉,所述辅料包括电熔刚玉粉、高纯硅微粉、电熔莫来石。本发明制得的窑具强度高、纯度高、抗侵蚀、具有一定气孔、表面平整度高、高温时不与电解质材料发生反应,适用于氧化物固体电解质膜片的制备工艺。
