Preparation formula and preparation process of carbon fiber kiln furniture
The carbon fiber kiln furniture formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of a base material, 0.1-20 parts of carbon fibers, 0.1-8 parts of a sintering aid, 0.1-5 parts of a carbon fiber aid, 1-10 parts of a binder and 0.1-4 parts of a dispersant, the base material is one or more of mullite, cordierite, corundum, silicon carbide and silicon nitride. The invention also provides a method for preparing the kiln furniture by using the formula. The prepared kiln furniture has the advantages of high heat conductivity, high strength, thermal deformation resistance, thermal shock resistance, oxidation resistance, wear resistance and long service life.
一种碳纤维窑具配方,按重量计包括基料50~80份、碳纤维0.1~20份、烧结助剂0.1~8份、碳纤维助剂0.1~5份、粘结剂1~10份、分散剂0.1~4份;所述基料为莫来石、堇青石、刚玉、碳化硅、氮化硅中的一种或多种。还提供了利用上述配方制备窑具的方法,制备出的窑具具有导热高,强度大,抗热变形,抗热震性,抗氧化性,耐磨,使用寿命长的优势。
