Steel rail accurate aligning device and method
The invention discloses a steel rail accurate aligning device and a corresponding aligning method thereof, the accurate aligning device comprises a static end, a movable end and a guide rod connectingthe static end and the movable end, the static end is used for keeping the position of a steel rail fixed, and the movable end is used for adjusting the transverse, longitudinal and vertical positions of the steel rail and the angle of a rail body. The steel rail accurate alignment method comprises the steps that the static end rail clamping block clamps a steel rail and keeps the steel rail static in the middle position; a transverse adjusting device and a lifting device act to adjust the transverse and vertical positions of the steel rail and keep the pre-clamping of the moving end rail clamping block to the steel rail; the rail body torsion adjusting device acts to adjust the torsion angle of the steel rail body; the transverse adjusting device acts to push the movable end rail clamping block to clamp the steel rail, and preset clamping force is kept; the movable end of the rail pulling device drives the movable end steel rail to move to adjust the longitudinal position of the movable end clamped steel rail. By means of the device and method, alignment adjustment work before steel rail welding can be achieved, and the problem that the rail alignment effect is not ideal in actual welding production is solved.
