Pillar supporting joint and construction method thereof
The invention provides a pillar supporting joint and a construction method thereof. The pillar supporting joint comprises an uplift pile arranged in a foundation pit and steel columns arranged above the uplift pile, and the pillar supporting joint further comprises a support; the support comprises an upper frame and a lower frame which are polygonal, and the upper frame and the lower frame are connected through a plurality of vertical rods; a top plate is arranged on each of vertex corners of the upper frame, a bottom plate is arranged on each of vertex corners of the lower frame, the lower ends of the steel columns are arranged on the plurality of top plates, and the plurality of bottom plates are supported on the pile top of the uplift pile; and a plurality of main reinforcements in theuplift pile are inserted into the support in a penetrating mode along the pile top direction; and the lower ends of the steel columns, the support and the uplift pile are poured into the foundation pit through concrete. Therefore, in the construction process, drilling of the pile top of the uplift pile is not needed, so that operation is convenient; and the steel columns are directly supported onthe support, and force of the steel columns is evenly transmitted to the pile top of the uplift pile, so that a supporting structure is stable, and concrete pouring is facilitated.
本发明提供了一种柱形支撑节点极其施工方法,包括设于基坑中的抗拔桩和设于所述抗拔桩上方的钢柱,所述柱形支撑节点还包括支架,所述支架包括均呈多边形的上框和下框,上框和下框之间通过若干立杆连接;所述上框的每组顶角上均设有顶板,所述下框的每组顶角上均设有底板,所述钢柱下端设于所述若干顶板上,所述若干底板支撑于所述抗拔桩的桩顶;所述抗拔桩内的若干主筋沿桩顶方向穿插于所述支架中;所述钢柱的下端、支架和抗拔桩均通过混凝土浇筑于基坑之中;因而,在施工过程中,无需于抗拔桩桩顶钻孔,操作方便,钢柱直接支撑于支架上方,钢柱的力均匀传递于抗拔桩桩顶,支撑结构稳定,便于混凝土的浇筑。
