The concrete prefabricated balcony convenient to stably hoist and mount comprises a floor plate on a building, a fixing seat is pre-embedded in the right end of the floor plate, a balcony body is arranged on the right side of the fixing seat, a connecting frame is fixedly embedded in the inner side of the balcony body, and the left end of the connecting frame is clamped on the fixing seat; a supporting frame for supporting the balcony body is arranged at the position, located below the balcony body, of the right end of the fixing base, the left end of the supporting frame is clamped to the fixing base, a hanging ring is fixedly screwed to the connecting frame, and the same hanging rings are screwed to the positions, close to the front side and the rear side, of the upper right end of the balcony body. The balcony body can be conveniently lifted through the lifting rings which are installed in three positions in a screwed mode, and the balcony body is installed through clamping of the connecting frame and the fixing base, so that installation of the balcony body is more convenient; and meanwhile, the balcony body is supported through the clamped supporting frame, so that the installation of the balcony body has better stability.
本发明公开了一种便于稳定起吊安装的混凝土预制阳台，包括建筑上的楼层板，楼层板的右端预埋有固定座，且固定座的右侧设置有阳台本体，阳台本体的内侧固定镶嵌有连接架，且连接架的左端卡装在固定座上，固定座的右端位于阳台本体的下方设置有对其进行支撑的支撑架，支撑架的左端卡装在固定座上，连接架上固定旋拧有吊环，阳台本体的右上端靠近前后两侧位置旋拧有相同的吊环，在对阳台本体进行装配时，通过旋拧安装的三个位置的吊环方便对阳台本体进行起吊，并通过设置的连接架与固定座的卡装实现对阳台本体的安装，使得阳台本体的安装更加的方便，同时通过卡装的支撑架对阳台本体进行支撑从而使得阳台本体的安装具有更好的稳定性。
