The invention provides a damper for a tail gate driving system. The damper comprises more than two first gaskets, at least one second gasket, third gaskets and a pressure providing part, wherein the second gaskets are arranged between every two first gaskets; the third gaskets are arranged between the first gaskets and the second gaskets; and the pressure providing part is used for applying pressure to the more than two first gaskets, the at least one second gasket and the third gaskets, so that when the second gaskets are driven to rotate relative to the first gaskets, friction force is generated between the first gaskets and the third gaskets as well as between the second gaskets and the third gaskets. The invention further provides the tail gate driving system and an automobile.
