Carbon-ceramic material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a carbon-ceramic material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The carbon-ceramic material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20%-30%of carbon fibers, 20%-40% of CVDC, 10%-25% of CVD-SiC, 10%-30% of PIP-SiC, 5%-15% of LSI-SiC and less than 10% of residual Si. The preparation method comprises the following steps: deposition of C ona carbon fiber preform; deposition of a SiC layer; impregnation, curing and cracking of a precursor for preparation of SiC; impregnation, curing and cracking of resin; and liquid-phase siliconizing,thereby obtaining the C/C-SiC composite material containing three types of SiC, namely the carbon-ceramic material. The carbon-ceramic material disclosed by the invention has excellent friction and wear properties, mechanical properties and thermal properties, and the content of each component can be flexibly adjusted according to actual requirements, so the requirements of the field of high-performance braking and aerospace structural parts on material properties are met.
本发明公开了一种碳陶材料及其制备方法和应用,碳陶材料包括以下质量分数的组分:碳纤维为20%~30%,CVD‑C为20%~40%,CVD‑SiC为10%~25%,PIP‑SiC为10%~30%,LSI‑SiC为5%~15%和残余Si小于10%。制备方法包括:在碳纤维预制体上沉积C、沉积SiC层、先驱体浸渍固化裂解SiC、树脂浸渍固化碳化以及液相渗硅,得到包含三种类型SiC的C/C‑SiC复合材料,即碳陶材料。本发明的碳陶材料兼具优异的摩擦磨损性能、力学性能和热学性能,并且各组分含量可根据实际需求进行灵活调整,满足了高性能制动和航空航天结构件领域对材料性能的要求。
