The invention discloses a high-precision control building construction support column auxiliary mechanism and a control method thereof. The mechanism comprises an adjusting plate, a tumbler base bodyand a clamping mechanism; an upper supporting plate is horizontally and fixedly connected with a position right above the adjusting plate; a tubular level meter is horizontally arranged at the centerof the lower end face of the upper supporting plate; a lower supporting plate is horizontally arranged right under the adjusting plate; the lower side of the lower supporting plate is fixedly connected with a remote control electric car; a balance weight cavity is formed in the bottom of the tumbler base body; and a heavy metal weight block is arranged at the inner side of the balance weight cavity in a matched mode. According to the high-precision control building construction support column auxiliary mechanism and the control method thereof, the heavy metal weight block is placed inside thebalance weight cavity of the tumbler base body; and meanwhile, after the heavy metal weight block is placed, an electric telescopic rod is started, so that the heavy metal weight block is pressed against the inner side wall of the supporting end of the tumbler base body.
