The concrete diaphragm wall construction method comprises the following steps that a site is cleaned, and the site is leveled; a plurality of slotted holes are drilled in a pipe-following drilling mode; cement, clay and a proper amount of water are uniformly mixed to prepare mixed slurry, and the mixed slurry is poured into eachslotted hole to obtain supporting columns; cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, bentonite and water are evenly mixed to prepare concrete, then the concrete is poured to form a guide wall, the cross section of the guide wall is in an L shape, and the guide wall comprises a vertical wall body and a base wall body; and gravel materials are laid in a layered mode and rolled on the base wall bodyto obtain a filling foundation, and construction is finished. By the adoption of the technical scheme of the concrete diaphragm wall construction method, the cross section of the guide wall is L-shaped, the supporting columns are arranged in the middle of the guide wall, the bearing capacity of a wall body is improved, the wall body is more stable, the slotted holes are drilled in a pipe-following drilling mode, hole collapse is effectively prevented, clay and the bentonite are doped into the mixed slurry and the concrete respectively, scouring to the slotted holes is reduced, and the anti-seepage performance of the wall body is improved.
本发明提供了一种混凝土防渗墙施工方法,包括以下步骤:清理现场,平整场地;跟管钻进多个槽孔;将水泥、黏土与适量水均匀拌和制得混合浆料,再混合浆料灌注于各个槽孔内获得支承柱;采用水泥、粗骨料、细骨料、膨润土与水均匀拌和制得混凝土,再将混凝土浇筑构成导墙,该导墙横断面为“L”字形,该导墙包括立墙体和座墙体;在座墙体上分层铺设砂砾料并碾压获得填实基础,施工结束。采用本发明的技术方案,通过将导墙横断面设为L形,在导墙中部设置多根支承柱,提升了墙体承载能力,使墙体更稳固,通过采用跟管钻进的方式钻攻槽孔,有效防止出现塌孔,向混合浆料、混凝土中分别掺入黏土、膨润土,减少了对槽孔的冲刷,提升了墙体防渗性能。
