The invention discloses a concrete anti-seepage wall construction method in the technical field of water conservancy and hydropower engineering, which comprises the following steps: determining the construction position of an anti-seepage wall, then excavating a guide groove along the construction area of the anti-seepage wall, and filling concrete into the guide groove; after the concrete is solidified, drilling construction is conducted along the guide groove through a slurry protection wall drilling method, and a diaphragm wall construction groove is formed through the method that a main hole is drilled firstly and then auxiliary holes are split and drilled; hole cleaning is conducted on the diaphragm wall construction groove, and meanwhile fresh mud is supplemented for wall fixing; after the slurry in the diaphragm wall construction groove is solidified, a layer of asphalt is smeared on the upstream side of the diaphragm wall construction groove; and after the asphalt is solidified, concrete is poured into the anti-seepage wall construction groove, and the anti-seepage wall is formed. In the pore-forming and groove-forming process, the asphalt is sprayed on the side, close to the water source, of the hole wall, so that an asphalt layer is formed on one side in the hole, after concrete is poured into the hole, the concrete and the asphalt are integrated after the concrete is solidified, and therefore the anti-seepage performance of the anti-seepage wall is improved.
本发明公开的是水利水电工程技术领域的一种混凝土防渗墙施工方法,包括以下步骤:确定防渗墙施工位置,然后沿防渗墙施工区域开挖导向槽,并向导向槽内填入混凝土;待混凝土凝固后,采用泥浆护壁钻孔法沿导向槽进行钻孔施工,通过先钻主孔、后劈打副孔的方法形成防渗墙施工槽;对防渗墙施工槽进行清孔,同时补入新鲜泥浆进行固壁;待防渗墙施工槽内的泥浆凝固后,在防渗墙施工槽的上游测涂抹一层沥青;待沥青凝固后,往防渗墙施工槽内浇筑混凝土,形成防渗墙。本发明在造孔成槽过程中,通过对将靠近水源一侧的孔壁喷涂沥青,使得孔内一侧形成一层沥青层,在孔内浇筑混凝土后,混凝土凝固后与沥青成为一体,从而提高了防渗墙的防渗性。
