Fishway vault movable formwork support and shifting method
The invention discloses a fishway vault movable formwork support and a shifting method. The fishway vault moving formwork support comprises a vault support, a lower supporting frame and a walking trolley, the two ends of the lower side of the vault support are supported at the two ends of the lower supporting frame, and the two sides of a movable frame of the walking trolley are supported on a pair of steel channel rails through a plurality of supporting wheels correspondingly; the vault support comprises a plurality of arch rib combinations which are vertically arranged at intervals and a plurality of longitudinal supporting steel pipes, and the longitudinal supporting steel pipes are distributed at intervals along the inner sides of semicircular arch rib combinations and welded to the arch rib combinations to form the vault support; and the length of the movable frame is matched with that of the lower supporting frame, and the bottom of the lower supporting frame is supported at thebottom of the fishway through a corresponding adjusting mechanism. The shifting method comprises the steps of (1) completing installation of the lower supporting frame, the pair of channel steel railsand the walking trolleys, (2) installing the vault support and the vault formwork, and (3) shifting the vault support. The manufacturing cost and the construction cost are reduced, the construction progress is remarkably accelerated, and the construction efficiency and the construction quality of ship lock fishway engineering are improved.
本发明公开了一种鱼道拱顶移动模板支架及移位方法，包括拱顶支架、下支撑架和行走小车，拱顶支架下侧两端支撑在下支撑架两端上，行走小车的移动框架两侧分别通过数个支撑轮支撑在一对槽钢轨道上。拱顶支架包括多片垂直间隔排列的拱肋组合和数根纵向支撑钢管，数根纵向支撑钢管沿半圆形拱肋组合内侧间隔分布，并与多片拱肋组合焊接成拱顶支架。移动框架长度与下支撑架长度匹配，下支撑架底部分别通过对应的调节机构支撑在鱼道底部上。移位方法包括1）完成下支撑架、一对槽钢轨道和行走小车的安装，2)安装拱顶支架和拱顶模板，3）拱顶支架移位。本发明降低了制造成本和施工成本，显著加快了施工进度，提高了船闸鱼道工程的施工效率和施工质量。
