Elastic thermal insulation composite board and manufacturing system and method thereof
The invention relates to the field of thermal insulation composite board manufacturing, in particular to an elastic thermal insulation composite board and a manufacturing system and method thereof. The method comprises the following steps that S1, the distance between two vertical frames is adjusted according to the size of the elastic thermal insulation composite board, then two electric push rods I stretch out and draw back to enable two lower clamping pieces to move up and down, then the lower clamping pieces and upper clamping pieces clamp the corresponding side plates I, and the two sideplates I are both clamped and fixed; S2, an electric push rod II extends to drive a material sliding plate to move upwards, the material sliding plate moves upwards to jack up an upper pressing plate,gaps are formed between the upper pressing plate and the two side plates I, then foam balls are poured from the material sliding plate, and the space between the two side plates I is filled with thefoam balls; and S3, a bottom plate can vibrate front and back, then the elastic thermal insulation composite plate vibrates front and back, and the elastic thermal insulation composite plate is evenlyfilled with the foam balls. The elastic thermal insulation composite board comprises the side boards I, inserting grooves, elastic plastic boards, a middle base, fixing shafts and baffle rings.
