Composite insulation board and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a composite insulation board and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite insulation board comprises an inorganic insulation layer, an organic-inorganic composite insulation layer and at least one reinforcing layer. One side of the inorganic insulation layer is connected with the organic-inorganic composite insulation layer and the other side of the inorganic insulation layer is connected to the reinforcing layer; and/or, the reinforcing layer is connected to the inside of the inorganic insulation layer; and/or, the reinforcing layer is arranged between the inorganic insulation layer and the organic-inorganic composite insulation layer and is connected to the inorganic insulation layer and the organic-inorganic composite insulation layer. Through the compatibility of the inorganic insulation layer and inorganic materials in the organic-inorganic composite insulation layer, structural connection strength of the composite insulation board is strengthened, andthe falling off and separation of the composite insulation board are effectively avoided. At the same time, the position of the reinforcing layer(s) is more reasonable and a better strengthening roleis played in the actual use process, the processing technology is simple, the improvement effect is obvious, and the practical application value is high.
