The invention relates to an expansion joint shear wall formwork construction method which comprises the following steps that firstly, a formwork supporting framework is assembled according to the size of a shear wall; secondly, a covering formwork is fixed to the inner side of the assembled formwork supporting framework, and holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the holes formed in the square pipes, of the covering formwork; thirdly, the corresponding side of the splicing framework formwork is installed through a common formwork, a covering formwork is also fixed to the inner side of the common formwork, and holes are formed in the corresponding positions of the common formwork and the covering formwork; fourthly, positioning steel bars are arranged on the shear wall which is poured on the lower portion, the assembled framework formwork is hoisted to one side of the expansion joint, the positioning holes and the positioning steel bars are buckled, and accurate positioning of the assembled framework formwork is achieved; and fifthly, a plastic sleeve is installed, and the opposite-pull screw penetrates through the common formwork, the plastic sleeve and the formwork supporting framework. By means of the assembled formwork supporting framework, the formwork supporting requirements of shear walls of different sizes can be met, and the on-site adaptability is high.
本发明涉及一种伸缩缝剪力墙模板施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:根据剪力墙尺寸,拼装模板支撑骨架;步骤二:将覆面模板固定到拼装完成的模板支撑骨架的内侧,并在覆面模板上对应方管开孔部位进行打孔;步骤三:拼装骨架模板对应的一侧采用普通模板进行安装,普通模板的内侧同样也固定有覆面模板,并在普通模板和覆面模板对应位置开孔;步骤四:在下方已浇筑完剪力墙上设置定位钢筋,将拼装骨架模板吊装到伸缩缝一侧,定位孔与定位钢筋相扣,实现拼装骨架模板的精准定位;步骤五:安装塑料套管,将对拉螺杆穿过普通模板、塑料套管以及模板支撑骨架。本发明通过拼装式模板支撑骨架,可以满足不同尺寸剪力墙支模需求,现场适应能力强。
