The invention discloses maintenance construction equipment for rust removal and fastening of a rail. The maintenance construction equipment comprises a rail construction machine, polishing cavities which are symmetrical in the front-back direction and provided with downward openings are formed in the right side in the rail construction machine, and polishing devices are arranged in the polishing cavities. The rusts of a rail are removed at first, and then the bolts are tested; firstly, the upper end faces of the rails on the two sides are derusted and polished through a derusting device, lubricating liquid is sprayed for protection, bolts on the two sides of the rails are detected, loosened bolts are fastened, broken and aged bolts are removed through a spiral rotating device, and then newbolts are replaced; therefore, cleaning and fastening of the rail are completed, the rail can be kept in a good working state, the high-speed rail can safely and stably run, and the life safety of passengers is protected.
