The invention discloses a construction method of a light steel bridge deck modified epoxy resin thin anti-skid pavement layer. The method comprises the steps of 1, making construction preparation; 2,bridge deck rust removing; 3, paving a first epoxy thin layer; 4, curing and solidifying; 5, recovering floating particles; 6, paving a second epoxy thin layer; and 7, opening for use. Modified epoxyanti-skid thin layer pavement is adopted, the waiting time during construction is effectively shortened, the construction efficiency is improved, and the bridge deck pavement construction period is shortened; the modified epoxy resin anti-skid paving is 8 mm in thickness, the weight is effectively reduced, the safety of the bridge is improved, the modified epoxy resin has the properties of water resistance, seepage resistance, skid resistance, high durability, simple repair and the like, the service life of the steel structure bridge can be effectively prolonged, later maintenance is reduced,and the traffic safety is improved; and large machinery is not adopted in the pavement layer construction process, so that the safety of the pedestrian steel bridge is effectively improved.
本发明公开了轻型钢桥桥面改性环氧树脂薄层抗滑铺装层施工工法,包括以下步骤;步骤一、施工准备,步骤二、桥面除锈处理;步骤三、第一层环氧薄层铺装;步骤四、养护固化,步骤五、回收浮粒;步骤六、第二层环氧薄层铺装,步骤七、开放使用。本发明采用改性环氧抗滑薄层铺装,有效的减少了施工期间的等待时间,提高了施工效率,缩短了桥面铺装施工的工期;改性环氧树脂抗滑铺装厚度为8mm,有效的减轻了重量,提高了桥梁的安全性,改性环氧树脂具有的防水、抗渗、防滑、耐久性好、修复简单等性能,能有效的提高钢结构桥梁的使用寿命,减少后期的维护,提高通行安全,铺装层施工过程中不采用大型机械,有效的提高了人行钢桥的安全性。
