The guiding device comprises supporting beams and a positioning steel plate, wherein the positioning steel plate is fixedly connected to the two supporting beams on the two sides of the positioning steel plate, the positioning steel plate is composed of two split plate bodies, and a notch with the same shape as the cross section of a to-be-fixed steel pipe pile is formed between the two plate bodies; and the steel pipe pile is nested inside the positioning steel plate during inserting and driving construction.
