The driving chain wheel fixed to the shaft body also rotates, the outer side protection structure is finally driven through chain transmission, when the driving chain wheel rotates to the horizontal state, the horizontal state of the driving chain wheel is locked through the resettable clamping structure, and imminent dangerous cases are protected.
