Assembly type light steel structure factory building and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an assembly type light steel structure factory building. The building comprises a foundation and steel structure outer walls located on the foundation and connected with the foundation; each steel structure outer wall comprises a steel structure supporting rib plate vertically arranged in the wall, two waterproof resin plates located on the two sides of the steel structure supporting rib plate respectively and fixedly connected with the steel structure supporting rib plate, and a mixed material that coats the steel structure supporting rib plate and the waterproof resin plates; and the mixed materials are mainly formed by mixing concrete and water-absorbing foaming particles. The steel structure supporting rib plates are isolated from air and rainwater through pouring, so that the corrosion-resistant effect is achieved. The invention provides a construction method of the assembly type light steel structure factory building. The construction method comprises the following steps of arranging the steel structure supporting rib plates; arranging the waterproof resin plates; arranging aluminum formworks; pouring the mixed materials; and disassembling the aluminum formworks. Through repeated use of the aluminum formworks, the generation of construction waste is effectively reduced and the environment is protected; and meanwhile, the aluminum formworks are light in weight and convenient to construct and install, so that the construction efficiency is effectively improved.
本发明提出一种装配式轻型钢结构厂房,包括地基和处于地基上与地基连接的钢结构外墙,所述钢结构外墙包括竖向设置于墙内的钢结构支撑筋板,两个分处于钢结构支撑筋板两侧且与钢结构支撑筋板固定连接的防水树脂板,以及包覆钢结构支撑筋板与防水树脂板的混合物料;所述混合物料主要由混凝土与吸水发泡颗粒混合而成。通过浇筑使钢结构支撑筋板与空气雨水隔离,达到耐腐蚀的效果。本发明提出一种装配式轻型钢结构厂房的施工方法,包括以下步骤:设置钢结构支撑筋板;设置防水树脂板;设置铝模板;浇筑混合物料;拆卸铝模板;通过铝模板的反复使用,有效的减少建筑垃圾的产生,保护了环境,同时铝模板重量轻,方便施工安装,有效的提高了施工效率。
