The invention discloses a formula of a sleeve grouting material, wherein the formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 450-600 parts of cement, 0-50 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 5-100 parts of waste red brick powder, 400-550 parts of sand, 1.0-3.0 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.01-0.5 part of a plastic expanding agent, 0.2-0.8 part of a defoaming agent, 1.0-8.0 parts of an inorganic early strength agent, 0.5-3 part of early strength type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent powder and 0.5-3 part of polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent powder. The grouting material for connecting a reinforcing steel bar sleeve, prepared by the method, has relatively high flowing property and fluidity keeping capability and high early strength, and the waste red brick grinding powder is used, so that the building solid waste is effectively recycled, the cost is low, and the grouting material has important practical value.
本发明公开了一种套筒灌浆料的配方,包括如下重量份数:水泥450‑600份,硫铝酸盐水泥0‑50份,废弃红砖磨粉料5‑100份、砂400‑550份、减水剂1.0‑3.0份、塑性膨胀剂0.01‑0.5份、消泡剂0.2‑0.8份、无机早强剂1.0‑8.0份、早强型聚羧酸减水剂粉剂0.5‑3份、聚羧酸高性能减水剂粉剂0.5‑3份。该方法制备的钢筋套筒连接用灌浆料具有较高流动性能和流动度保持能力,早期强度高,且使用了废弃的红砖磨粉料,对建筑固废进行了有效的资源化利用,成本低,具有重要的实际价值。
