Construction method and structure for forming full pile casing cast-in-situ bored pile
The invention discloses a construction method and structure for forming a full pile casing cast-in-situ bored pile. The structure of the cast-in-situ bored pile is obtained mainly through the following construction steps that a hole opening stabilizing ring beam is constructed; a counterforce system for jacking and pulling up a pile casing is constructed; jacking equipment is arranged and used forforming the pile casing; a drilling machine is arranged and used for drilling a hole; a reinforcement cage is lowered, and concrete is poured; and upper pulling equipment pulls out the pile casing. According to the scheme, the full pile casing is composed of the segmented pile casings which are mutually bolted, the structure is simple, splicing and dismounting are rapid, the construction period is shortened, and the recycling rate is high; by inserting a counter-force pile and pouring a counter-force ground beam, the uplift resistance during static pressure full pile casing and the pressure during uplift of the full pile casing can be provided, and the counter-force pile can be used as an anchor pile in the later period to assist in completing a static load test of a pile body; accordingto the hole opening stabilizing ring beam, the pile casing can be accurately positioned, large pile position deviation caused by pile casing deviation is prevented, the pile casing can smoothly entera hole, friction force generated when the pile casing is lowered is reduced, and perpendicularity and stability of the pile casing entering the hole are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种全护筒钻孔灌注桩成桩的施工方法和结构,其中该灌注桩的结构主要由以下施工步骤施工得到:施工孔口稳固圈梁;施工护筒顶进与上拔的反力系统;顶压设备打设护筒;钻机成孔;下放钢筋笼,灌注混凝土;上拔设备拔出护筒。本方案的全护筒由相互栓接的分段护筒组成,结构简单,拼接和拆装快捷,节约工期且回收利用率高。通过插入反力桩、浇筑反力地梁,可提供静压全护筒时的抗拔力,以及上拔全护筒时的压力,在后期反力桩还能作锚桩使用,辅助完成桩体的静载试验。本发明采用的孔口稳固圈梁不但可以使护筒准确定位,防止护筒偏差造成桩位偏差较大,还可以使护筒顺利入孔,减少了护筒下放的摩擦力,保证护筒入孔的垂直度和稳定性。
