The invention discloses a construction method for a low-clearance full-pile-casing cast-in-situ bored pile. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, paying-off positioning is conducted; s2, drilling by a drilling machine; s3, a protective cylinder is arranged below the vibratory hammer; s4, mounting a reinforcement cage; s5, concrete is poured; and S6, the pile casing is pulled out through the vibratory hammer. According to the construction method, bentonite or chemical slurry wall protection is not adopted in the construction of the full-pile-casing cast-in-situ bored pile, pollution to underground water is avoided, the construction site is clean and tidy, normal work and life of surrounding residents and enterprises are not affected, and the high environmental protection requirement is met; under the condition that a hole cannot be formed in a traditional cast-in-situ bored pile due to stratum and environmental protection reasons, it is guaranteed that pile foundation engineering construction is conducted smoothly; slurry does not need to be configured, the influence of wall protection mud cakes on the bearing capacity is avoided, the bearing capacity is reliable, and the pile body quality meets the standard requirement; the construction efficiency is high, and a good foundation is laid for smooth construction of the whole project.
