The longitudinal bars are erected on the outer side of the inner steel pipe, stirrups are bound outside the longitudinal bars, the steel reinforcement framework is connected with the inner steel pipe, so that the steel reinforcement framework surrounds the inner steel pipe, pouring core concrete is arranged in the inner steelpipe, and a first connecting hole is formed in the profiled steel sheet composite plate which comprises a profiled steel sheet and a first steel bar net. The first reinforcing mesh is arranged above the profiled steel sheet in parallel, pouring concrete is arranged between the profiled steel sheet and the reinforcing mesh, and the stiff concrete-filled steel tubular column penetrates through the first connecting hole and is connected with the profiled steel sheet combination plate through the connecting assembly.
