Steel column and profiled steel sheet concrete composite board connecting joint and construction method
The invention discloses a steel column and profiled steel sheet concrete composite board connecting joint and a construction method. The joint comprises a steel column, a profiled steel sheet concretecomposite board and a stiffening steel board; the joint further comprises an upper outer ring board, a lower outer ring board and through bolts when the outer ring boards are matched with the throughbolts; and the joint further comprises top angle steel, bottom angle steel and high-strength bolts when the top and bottom angle steel are matched with the high-strength bolts. The method comprises the following steps of manufacturing the steel column, the profiled steel sheet concrete composite board, the outer ring boards or top and bottom angle steel; mounting the steel column; installing thelower outer ring board or bottom angle steel to a specified position of the steel column; hoisting the profiled steel sheet concrete composite board to be aligned with the steel column and then falling, so that the steel column penetrates through a preformed hole; when the profiled steel sheet concrete composite board falls on the lower outer ring board, installing the upper outer ring board, andwhen the profiled steel sheet concrete composite board falls on horizontal limbs of the bottom angle steel, installing the top angle steel; aligning reserved bolt holes, and installing the through bolt or the high-strength bolt until the assembly is completed; and vertical limbs of the top and bottom angle steel can be connected with the steel column through expansion bolts or in a welded mode.
