The invention discloses a steel column top and profiled steel sheet concrete composite plate connecting joint and a construction method. The joint comprises a steel column, a profiled steel sheet concrete composite plate, supporting angle steel, a connecting steel plate, high-strength bolts, pre-welded screws, and studs. The connecting steel plate is welded at the top of the steel column; the profiled steel sheet concrete composite plate is fixedly arranged at the top of the connecting steel plate; the supporting angle steel is connected between the connecting steel plate and the steel column;and the profiled steel sheet concrete composite plate is divided into a semi-prefabricated structure and a full-prefabricated structure. The method includes the steps that the steel column, the profiled steel sheet concrete composite plate, and the supporting angle steel are manufactured; the steel column is installed to a specified position; the supporting angle steel is conveyed to a designatedposition and aligned with the reserved bolt holes, the horizontal limbs of the supporting angle steel are fixedly connected with the connecting steel plate through the pre-welded screws, and the vertical limbs of the supporting angle steel are fixedly connected with the steel column through the high-strength bolts; and the profiled steel sheet concrete composite plate is hoisted above the connecting steel plate at the top of the steel column, the studs are aligned with stud preformed holes, the profiled steel sheet concrete composite plate is allowed to fall down, and the pouring of post-poured concrete is completed.
