The invention discloses pervious concrete based on steel slag and recycled aggregate and a preparation method thereof. The pervious concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 700 to 800 parts of coarse aggregate, 175 to 190 parts of cement, 15 to 18 parts of silicon powder, 5 to 10 parts of slag powder, 22 to 28 parts of an additive, 8 to 10 parts of toughening fibers and 60 to 70 parts of water, wherein the coarse aggregate is composed of recycled aggregate and steel slag, and the particle size of the coarse aggregate is 5-10mm; the cement is P.O42.5 grade ordinaryPortland cement; the additive is prepared from an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, nano clay and phosphogypsum; and the toughening fibers are steel fibers. The invention also provides a preparationmethod of the ecological concrete. The invention not only ensures good water permeability and durability of the pervious concrete, but also provides an application method of industrial products such as steel slag and recycled aggregate, and has an environment-friendly prospect of ecological sustainable development.
