The invention provides an exposed aggregate steel slag pervious concrete and a preparation method thereof. The exposed aggregate steel slag pervious concrete comprises a base layer and a surface layer, and the base layer is prepared from, by weight, 7.5-10% of cement, 2-5% of mineral powder, 0.5-1% of snakeskin bag fragments, 80-85% of steel slag and 3.4-4.6% of water. The steel slag serves as themain raw material of the exposed aggregate pervious concrete, so exploitation of natural resources such as basalt and pebbles can be reduced, the ecological environment is protected, the steel slag resource is wide in source and low in price, and the production cost of the exposed aggregate pervious concrete can be reduced.
