The invention discloses a sludge curing agent and a device for curing sludge by using the sludge curing agent. The sludge curing agent comprises the following raw materials: ardealite, ground mineral powder, a silicon powder material and an alkali-activated material. The sludge curing device comprises feeding hoppers which are sequentially arranged and used for feeding ardealite, ground mineral powder, a silicon powder material, an alkali-activated material and sludge, the outlet end of each feeding hopper is communicated with a stirring bin of a stirring device through a weighing device, and the stirring bin of the stirring device is connected with a feeding port in one end of a pressing device. A discharge hole is formed in the other end of the pressing device; and all the weighing devices are controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). According to the invention, industrial solid wastes such as ardealite and mineral powder and building solid wastes such as waste glass powder can be comprehensively utilized, and high-value products can be produced by utilizing the solid wastes through a low-cost production process.
本发明公开了一种淤泥固化剂及利用该淤泥固化剂固化淤泥的装置。所述淤泥固化剂,其原料包括磷石膏,磨细矿粉,硅粉材料及碱激发材料。所述固化淤泥的装置包括依次排列、分别用于投放磷石膏、磨细矿粉、硅粉材料、碱激发材料、淤泥的进料斗,每个进料斗的出口端均通过一称量装置与搅拌装置的搅拌仓连通,搅拌装置的搅拌仓与压制装置一端的进料口连接,压制装置的另一端设有出料口;所有称量装置由PLC控制器控制。本发明可以综合利用磷石膏、矿粉等工业固废和废玻璃粉等建筑固废,通过低成本的生产过程利用固体废物生产高价值的产品。
