Sludge curing agent and sludge in-situ curing method
The invention discloses a sludge curing agent and a sludge in-situ curing method, and relates to the technical field of sludge curing. The sludge curing agent comprises the following components: aluminosilicate clinker, fly ash, desulfurized gypsum, metakaolin, bentonite, diatomite, quick lime, slag and an auxiliary agent, the curing agent is in contact with positive ions and negative ions in calcium-containing substances in sludge and then subjected to polymerization and thickening reaction to form mutually-cross-linked latticed polymer chains, and the calcium-containing substances in the sludge are uniformly mixed with the latticed polymer chains. The soil particles are wrapped and connected, and particle pores are filled until the whole soil system is gelled and solidified and bonded into a whole, so that good mechanical properties, water stability, freezing resistance, scouring resistance and aging resistance are achieved. The ecological protection part prepared by using the sludge curing agent solves the ecological environment problems of serious water and soil loss of a bank slope of a traditional timber pile revetment, high manufacturing cost of a concrete pile, incapability of in-situ resource utilization of dredged mud at a river bottom and the like, and meanwhile, a water ecological system and a land ecological system are opened up, so that the revetment can conserve a water source and purify water quality.
