The permafrost region prefabricated hollow slab basecourse pavement structure comprises a graded gravel cushion layer, a prefabricated hollow slab base course, a graded broken stone layer and an asphalt surface layer which are sequentially laid from bottom to top. The prefabricated hollow slab base layer comprises prefabricated hollow slabs arranged in an N * M matrix; H hollow holes are formed in each prefabricated hollow plate at equal intervals;in the longitudinal direction of the road, polygonal cast-in-place belts with the same width are formed between every two of the N prefabricated hollow plates in each column, and the number of the Nprefabricated hollow plates in each column is made to form a whole by pouring cement-based grouting materials; and in the transverse direction of the road, every two of the M prefabricated hollow slabs in each row are attached and spliced, the H hollow holes of the M prefabricated hollow slabs are aligned, and heat dissipation through holes communicating with the ambient atmosphere are formed.
