Permafrost region prefabricated hollow slab base pavement structure
The invention discloses a pavement structure with a prefabricated hollow slab base layer in a permafrost region. The pavement structure comprises a graded gravel cushion layer, the prefabricated hollow slab base layer, a graded broken stone layer and an asphalt surface layer which are sequentially laid from bottom to top. The prefabricated hollow slab base layer comprises a plurality of first prefabricated hollow slabs and a plurality of second prefabricated hollow slabs. Each prefabricated hollow slab comprises a broken-line-shaped boundary surface, a plurality of hollow holes penetrating inthe length direction, L-shaped embedded steel bars and reserved holes. In the longitudinal direction of the road, the first prefabricated hollow slabs and the second prefabricated hollow slabs are arranged in a staggered mode and sleeved with the reserved holes through the L-shaped embedded steel bars, and the first prefabricated hollow slabs and the second prefabricated hollow slabs form a wholewith the cast-in-place cement-based grouting materials. Along the transverse direction of the road, the spliced hollow holes are communicated along the transverse direction of the road, and two sidesof the spliced hollow holes are communicated with ambient atmosphere. The hollow holes are formed in the prefabricated hollow slab base layer, so that heat invading the pavement structure is dredged.In addition, by prefabricating the hollow slabs, the construction progress can be accelerated, and the construction stability is improved.
本发明公开了一种多年冻土区预制空心板基层路面结构,包括从下至上依次铺设的级配砂砾垫层、预制空心板基层、级配碎石层和沥青面层。预制空心板基层包括若干个预制空心板一和若干个预制空心板二。预制空心板均包括折线形边界面、若干个沿长度方向贯通的空心孔洞、L型预埋钢筋和预留孔洞。沿道路纵向,预制空心板一和预制空心板二交错布设,并通过L型预埋钢筋与预留孔洞相套设、以及现浇水泥基灌浆料形成一个整体。沿道路横向,拼接后的空心孔洞沿道路横向贯通,且两侧均与环境大气相连通。本发明通过在预制空心板基层中设置空心孔洞,对侵入路面结构内的热量进行疏导。另外,通过预制空心板,能够加快施工进度,增加施工稳定性。
