Construction method for dismantling large-section annular concrete supporting beam of deep foundation pit
The invention discloses a construction method for dismantling a large-section annular concrete supporting beam of a deep foundation pit. The construction method comprises the following steps of (1) reinforcing and supporting a structural plate below the supporting beam to be dismantled, and laying a steel plate on the structural plate to serve as a transportation channel; (2) making segmented labels on the supporting beam to be dismantled, enabling a main rib at the edge of the top surface of the beam to be exposed, and arranging a temporary support on the lower part of the supporting beam tobe dismantled; (3) taking the main rib exposed out of the top surface of the beam as a hanging rib, enabling a diamond saw rope to penetrate through a hole in the lower part of the main rib, and starting a diamond rope saw to cut the supporting beam to be disassembled; (4) lifting a cut block separated from the supporting beam to be disassembled through a forklift, then disassembling the temporarysupport, cutting the main rib at the top to completely separate the cut block from the supporting beam to be dismantled so that the forklift completely bears force and unloads the cut block; (5) transporting the cut block to the side of the foundation pit through the forklift and hoisting the cut block out; and (6) repeating the steps from (3) to (5) till construction is completed. The construction safety can be guaranteed, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the construction progress is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种深基坑大截面环形混凝土支撑梁拆除的施工方法，包括①对待拆支撑梁下方的结构板进行加固支撑，在结构板上铺设钢板作为运输通道②在待拆支撑梁上做好分段标记，使梁顶面棱角边缘的主筋露出，并在待拆支撑梁下部设置临时支撑③将梁顶面露出的主筋作为吊筋，将金刚石锯绳从主筋下部的孔洞穿过，并启动金刚石绳锯对待拆支撑梁进行切割④通过叉车托举已与待拆支撑梁分离的分切块，然后拆除临时支撑，接着切断顶部主筋使该分切块与待拆支撑梁彻底分离，叉车完全承力卸落分切块⑤通过叉车将分切块运至基坑边并吊出⑥重复步骤三至步骤五，直至完成施工。本发明能够保证施工安全，极大地提高了工作效率，保证了施工进度。
