Early dismantling construction method for supporting walls of deep and shallow foundation pits
The invention discloses an early-dismantling construction method for a support wall of a deep and shallow foundation pit, which realizes synchronous dismantling and early-dismantling construction of a first support and a second support of the deep and shallow foundation pit and the support wall, is convenient for construction of a main body structure, reduces the construction cost, greatly saves the construction period, and reduces adverse effects on surrounding existing underground structures (such as metros and tunnels) by utilizing a space-time effect. The stress of the supporting structure of the shallow foundation pit is directly transmitted to the bottom plate of the shallow foundation pit through the inclined struts and then transmitted to the main body structure, and the force transmission route is more direct and safer. On the other hand, the size of the reinforced concrete inclined strut is small, site construction is facilitated, chiseling and cleaning are easy and convenient, and the construction cost can be saved. The problems that the construction period is prolonged and the construction difficulty is improved due to the fact that main structures in deep and shallow foundation pits cannot be constructed synchronously are solved.
本发明公开了一种深浅基坑的支护墙早拆施工方法,实现了深浅基坑的一、二道支撑与支护墙可同步拆除,以及早拆施工,便于主体结构施工,降低施工成本,大大节约工期,利用时空效应,减小对周边的既有地下结构(如地铁、隧道)的不利影响。采用斜撑将浅基坑的支护结构的受力直接传至浅基坑的底板,再传至主体结构上,传力路线更直接、安全。另一方面,钢筋混凝土的斜撑体积小,便于现场施工,凿除、清理简便,且可节约施工成本。本发明解决了深浅基坑内的主体结构不能同步施工造成工期延长、提高了施工难度的问题。
