Low-hydration-heat concrete construction method
The invention provides a low-hydration-heat concrete construction method. The construction method comprises the following steps of selecting ordinary Portland cement or Portland cement, two-stage or multi-stage graded coarse aggregate, a polycarboxylate-type high-performance water reducing agent, a fly ash mineral admixture or a slag powder mineral admixture meeting preset requirements as raw materials of concrete; calculating, trying to prepare and adjusting to select a mix ratio of the concrete; uniformly mixing and stirring the selected raw materials according to the mixing ratio; and pouring and vibrating the concrete after a concrete mixer enters the field and whether the transportation time of the mixer, the slump of the concrete and the pumpability meet preset specified requirementsor not is checked. According to the method, by controlling the raw materials and the excellent mixing ratio and adopting a proper construction process, the prepared concrete not only can meet the conventional design indexes such as compressive strength, and impermeability grade, but also can meet the crack resistance index requirements, and thus the problem of cracks is solved, and the content ofcement and water in the concrete is reduced.
本发明提供了一种低水化热混凝土的施工方法,该施工方法包括:选取符合预设要求的普通硅酸盐水泥或硅酸盐水泥、二级或多级级配粗骨料、聚羧酸系高性能减水剂、粉煤灰矿物掺合料或矿渣粉矿物掺合料作为混凝土的原材料;计算、试配并调整以选定混凝土的配合比;将选取的原材料按照配合比混合搅拌均匀;在混凝土搅拌车进场,并检查搅拌车运输时间、砼坍落度、可泵性是否达到预设规定要求后进行混凝土的浇筑和振捣。本发明通过控制原材料及优良的配合比,采用采用合适的施工工艺,使配制的混凝土除满足抗压强度、抗渗等级等常规设计指标外,还能满足抗裂性指标要求,解决了产生裂缝问题,减少了混凝土中水泥和水的含量。
