CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT METHOD AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON HYDRATION HEAT OF CONCRETE
The present invention relates to a construction management method and system based on monitoring hydration heat of concrete, which measures the temperature of hydration heat of concrete and a temperature difference and predicts the temperature difference after several hours, so that relevant information is provided to users to take appropriate construction measures in advance, thereby inducing efficient and reliable construction management and quality control. According to the present invention, the construction management system comprises: a temperature measurement unit measuring the temperature of hydration heat of concrete; an analysis unit configured to predict a temperature on the basis of the temperature measured by the temperature measurement unit and estimate a strength; a power supply unit supplying necessary power to the temperature measurement unit and the analysis unit; and a user management unit receiving and displaying information analyzed by the analysis unit through a wired/wireless communication unit so that a user can check the information.
본 발명은 콘크리트의 수화열 온도 및 온도차를 측정하고, 수 시간 뒤의 온도차를 예측함으로써 사전에 적정한 시공 조치를 취할 수 있도록 사용자에게 관련 정보를 제공함으로써 효율적이고 신뢰성 있는 시공 관리 및 품질 관리를 도모할 수 있는 콘크리트 수화열 모니터링 기반의 공사 관리 방법 및 공사 관리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 콘크리트의 수화열 온도를 측정하는 온도 측정부; 상기 온도 측정부에서 측정된 온도를 기반으로 온도를 예측하고, 강도를 추정하도록 이루어지는 분석부; 상기 온도 측정부와 분석부에 필요 전력을 공급하는 전원부; 및 상기 분석부에서 분석된 정보를 사용자가 확인할 수 있도록 유/무선 통신부를 통해 전달받아 표시하는 사용자 관리부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 수화열 모니터링 기반의 공사 관리 시스템이 제공된다.
