The invention relates to the field of bridge engineering, and particularly discloses a pier concrete hydration heat cooling device. The device comprises through holes formed in a steel cofferdam and aformwork and a plurality of water passing pipes, wherein the water passing pipes are arranged in a criss-cross mode, and the longitudinally-arranged water passing pipes are arranged in the water flowdirection; and the water passing pipe comprises a plurality of short pipes, one end of each short pipe is provided with a lug plate, the lug plates are rotatably connected with the adjacent short pipes, one end of each short pipe is provided with a metal hose in a communicating mode, and the metal hoses are communicated with the adjacent short pipes. The invention aims to solve the technical problem that hydration heat in concrete is difficult to dissipate.
