The high-rise building demolition device comprises scaffolds, hanging pieces, sliding beams, limiting plates, top trusses, supporting stand columns and hydraulic jacks, wherein the scaffolds are arranged around a to-be-demolished building to form a closed state and play a role in protection, roller carriers in the hanging pieces are connected with vertical rods in the scaffolds through bolts and nuts, rolling wheels in the hanging pieces are connected to the sliding beams in a sliding mode, the sliding beams are fixedly connectedto the lower portions of the top trusses, the limiting plates are connected to the two ends of the sliding beams through the bolts and the nuts, the top trusses are formed by assembling transverse unit trusses and longitudinal unit trusses to form a space truss system, the tops of supporting stand columns are connected with the top trusses, the bottoms of the supporting stand columns are connectedwith or separated from the to-be-dismantled building, the tops of the hydraulic jacks are connected with the supporting stand columns, and the bottoms of the hydraulic jacks are connected with or separated from the to-be-dismantled building. The device is simple and reasonable in structure, convenient to produce, reliable to use and capable of being widely popularized and used.
