HIGH RISE BUILDING DEMOLITION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building demolition method that can efficiently demolish floors without failure in cutting beams and columns by a heavy machine mounted with a cutter.SOLUTION: A building demolition method includes the stages of: lifting a demolition machine onto the roof of a high rise building by a crane; demolishing the roof by the demolition machine to open the ceiling of the highest floor; advancing the demolition from an upper floor to a lower floor of the high rise building by repeating reinforcement of floors of a plurality of stories with floor reinforcement members, partial cutting of beams and columns of the plurality of stories by a gas cutting machine, and demolition of the stories having beams and columns partially cut by the demolition machine; and carrying out the demolition of the high rise building from the ground by removing the inside of the high rise building by a demotion machine which moves on the ground after a floor of predetermined height is reached.
【課題】カッターを装着した重機による梁や柱の切り損じがなく効率よくフロアの解体ができる高層ビル解体工法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の高層ビル解体工法は、クレーンで解体機を高層ビルの屋上に揚重する段階と、解体機で屋上を撤去して最上階の天井を開口する段階と、複数フロアの床を床補強部材で補強し、複数フロアの梁と柱をガス切断機で部分切断し、その後に梁と柱が部分切断された前記複数フロアを解体機で解体すると共に、これを繰り返して、高層ビルの階上から階下に向かって解体を進める段階と、所定の高さのフロアに達すると、地上を移動する解体機で高層ビル内部の中抜きを行ない、地上から高層ビルの解体を行なう段階と、を備える。【選択図】図7
