The high-rise building demolition method comprises the following steps that basic data of a demolition layer structure are recognized based on an infrared scanning device, and deformation and mechanical property damage conditions are obtained; by means of an infrared identification detection result, the resource utilization potential of each part of the structure is judged, each component is classified and graded, and reutilization strategies of the substructures, the components and the material level are planned respectively; a model for reflecting real-time disassembly of the high-rise structure is established, and a parameter basis is provided for mechanical analysis of the whole disassembly process; a building dismantling machine is adopted for cutting, decomposing and dismantling; decomposing, hoisting and mechanically crushing; and the steps are repeatedly executed till overall dismantling from the top to the bottom is completed. Compared with the prior art, high-rise building demolition safety, engineering efficiency improvement and classified demolition and transportation are achieved, the urban environment is protected, and the subsequent solid waste resource utilization rate is increased.
本发明涉及一种高层建筑拆除方法与拆楼机平台,包括以下步骤:基于红外扫描装置识别拆除层结构基本数据,获取变形及力学性能损伤情况;借助红外识别检测结果,判断结构各部分的资源化利用潜能,对各构件进行分类分级,分别规划子结构、构件、材料层面的再利用策略;建立反映高层结构实时拆解模型,为拆除全流程力学分析提供参数依据;采用拆楼机进行切割分解拆除;分解吊装及机械破碎;重复执行上述步骤直至完成由顶部到底部整体拆除。与现有技术相比,本发明实现了高层建筑拆除安全、工程效率提升以及分类拆除与运输,保护城市环境,提高后续固废资源化利用率。
