An organic matrix layer for soil activation, a high-performance ecological base material layerand a reinforced microphone pad are sequentially arranged on the surface of a slope, and plant seeds are arranged in the high-performance ecological base material layer, so that vegetation coverage on the slope is realized. The organic matrix layer for soil activation can improve the soil structure with the growth of the vegetation and the circulation of nutrient substances, promote the rapid recovery and rapid growth of the vegetation, and maintain a long-term and effective vegetation turf forming effect.
