The recycled concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150 to 200 parts of Portland cement, 120 to 180 parts of recycled concrete aggregate, 200 to 280 parts of river sand, 40 to 70 parts of clay, 7 to 12 parts of compound basifier, 1.5 to 2 parts of synergistic water reducer, 3 to 6 parts of calcium chloride, 15 to 25 parts of fly ash, 1.5 to 2.8 parts of silane coupling agent, 3 to 7 parts of polypropylene fiber, 1.8 to 3 parts of water reducer, 2 to 6 parts of air entraining agent and 50 to 80 parts of water, the recycled concrete prepared by the invention not only has better mechanical property and durability, but also takes the building waste cement and the building blocks as the raw materials of the concrete aggregate, so that the environmental pollution caused by the building waste cement and the building blocks is effectively relieved, and the purposes of turning waste into wealth and saving the production cost are also achieved.
