The invention provides a rock-soil slope reinforcing device. The rock-soil slope reinforcing device comprises a box body, a motor fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the top of the box body, a firstbevel gear fixedly mounted on an output shaft of the motor, a first rotating shaft rotationally mounted in the box body, a second bevel gear fixedly arranged on the first rotating shaft in a sleeve mode and the first bevel gear mesh with the second bevel gear, a second rotating shaft rotationally mounted in the box body, and two first chain wheels both fixedly arranged on the first rotating shaftin a sleeve mode. The rock-soil side slope reinforcing device has the advantages that the hand vibration sense of workers is reduced, the efficiency is improved, the structure is simpler, the manufacturing cost is lower, the construction cost expenditure is reduced, and the situation that when a surface soil layer is humid, more and more soil is attached to moving wheels, and consequently rotationis caused to be difficult is avoided.
