The invention relates to the field of rock-soil slope reinforcing, and particularly relates to a rock-soil slope reinforcing device for preventing slope deformation. The rock-soil slope reinforcing device comprises a fixing device, a telescopic device and a rain shielding device, wherein the fixing device is arranged on a slope; the telescopic device is telescopically arranged in the middle of the fixing device, and the two ends of the telescopic device are hinged to the sides of the fixing device; and the rain shielding device is detachably installed at the output end of the telescopic device. The rock-soil slope reinforcing device is characterized in that the fixing device comprises two sets of fixing frames and a plurality of fixing anchors; the fixing frames are arranged on the two sides of a collapse position in a mirror image state; and the fixing anchors are used for fixing the fixing frames to the slope. The rock-soil slope reinforcing device can complete the reinforcing work of the slope and can also complete the supporting and rain shielding work of the collapse position, and the situation that rainwater continuously flushes the collapse position, and consequently secondary collapse is caused is avoided.
