The invention discloses a connecting joint of a prefabricated module and a cast-in-place structure. The prefabricated module comprises a bottom plate, a first side plate, a top plate and a second sideplate which are connected in sequence, the cast-in-place structure is located below the bottom plate, a pre-buried sleeve is pre-buried in the cast-in-place structure, an opening of the pre-buried sleeve is upward, internal threads are formed in the pre-buried sleeve, a screw rod is arranged in the pre-buried sleeve, the lower end of the screw rod is located in the pre-buried sleeve, a vertical through hole is formed in a bottom plate of the prefabricated module, the through hole is aligned with the opening of the pre-buried sleeve, the screw rod penetrates through the through hole, and the upper end of the screw rod is connected with a fastening nut. According to the connecting joint, the connection problem of the prefabricated module and the cast-in-place component is effectively solved, the sleeve is pre-buried in the cast-in-place structure, the through hole is formed in the prefabricated module, the manufacturing difficulty of the prefabricated module cannot be increased, and theprefabricated module and the cast-in-place structure can be efficiently and reliably connected.
