The invention discloses a vertical connecting joint of a cast-in-place structure and a prefabricated module. The cast-in-place structure is located below a bottom plate of the prefabricated module, connecting steel bars are arranged in the cast-in-place structure, the lower ends of the connecting steel bars are located in the cast-in-place structure, the upper ends of the connecting steel bars protrude out of the upper surface of the cast-in-place structure, grouting sleeves corresponding to the connecting steel bars are arranged at the bottoms of a first side plate and/or a second side plateof the prefabricated module, openings of the grouting sleeves face downwards, the upper ends of the connecting steel bars are located in the grouting sleeves. The invention further relates to a construction method of the vertical connecting joint. According to the vertical connecting joint, the connection problem of the prefabricated module and the cast-in-place structure is effectively solved, the sleeve is pre-buried in the cast-in-place structure, the grouting sleeves are arranged on the prefabricated module, the manufacturing difficulty of the prefabricated module cannot be increased, andthe prefabricated module and the cast-in-place structure can be efficiently and reliably connected, and the cast-in-place structure adopts a cast-in-place frame form, so that the reliability and stability of the prefabricated module foundation can be improved.
本发明公开了一种现浇结构与预制模块的竖向连接节点,现浇结构位于预制模块底板的下方,现浇结构内设置有连接钢筋,连接钢筋的下端位于现浇结构内,上端凸出于现浇结构的上表面;预制模块的第一侧板和/或第二侧板的底部设置有对应于连接钢筋设置有灌浆套筒,灌浆套筒的开口朝下;连接钢筋的上端位于灌浆套筒内。本发明还涉及上述竖向连接节点的施工方法。本发明有效解决了预制模块与现浇结构的连接问题,通过在现浇结构上预埋套筒,在预制模块上设置灌浆套筒,不仅不会增加预制模块的制造难度,而且能够高效、可靠地连接预制模块和现浇结构;现浇结构采用现浇框架的形式,可以提升预制模块基础的可靠性、稳定性。
