The invention discloses a slip form system suitable for construction of a variable-diameter variable-section cylinder structure. The slip form system comprises a steel truss platform, a portal system,a supporting rod, a jack, a formwork system and an adjusting system. the portal system is connected with the supporting rod through the jack; the portal system supports the steel truss platform and can slide between the two steel trusses; and the formwork system is connected with the portal frame. The adjusting system comprises a wall thickness adjusting lead screw, a portal annular position adjusting lead screw, a formwork adjusting lead screw and a portal radial position adjusting jack. The adjusting system can adjust the radial position of a portal of the portal system, so that the portalslides between the steel trusses. The portal frame and a hanging bracket have rigidity and deformability at the same time in structural design, and are suitable for slip form construction of complex variable-diameter variable-cross-section structures.
