The invention discloses a parking space fire early warning and control system and method. The parking space fire early warning and control system comprises a monitoring device, a fire behavior controldevice and a main machine device, wherein the monitoring device is used for detecting whether a vehicle is parked in a parking space or not and whether smoke or flame exists in a space correspondingto the parking space or not; the fire behavior control device is used for spraying a fire extinguishing substance to the vehicle in the parking space when the monitoring device monitors the smoke or flame; and the main machine device is used for controlling the monitoring device and the fire control device to act and sending fire information to a fire department and a main monitoring platform whenthe monitoring device detects the smoke or flame. According to the parking space fire early warning and control system, related information can be obtained in time in the early stage of fire, positive measures are taken to conduct fire extinguishing operation through the fire control device, meanwhile, the fire department and the main monitoring platform are informed, external assistance is rapidly found, and the fire is prevented from being further expanded; and in addition, measures can be taken at the first time, so that personal and property losses caused by untimely discovery are avoided.
