The invention provides a plastic floor and a processing method thereof, relates to the technical field of plastic floor processing, and solves the technical problems that in the prior art, a plastic plate is subjected to plane printing, pattern change is single, and individual requirements cannot be met. The plastic floor comprises a base material layer, a pattern layer formed through 3D printing, an adhesive layer and a protective film layer which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top, an imprinting layer is arranged on the upper surface of the base material layer, the imprinting layer and the pattern layer on the upper portion of the imprinting layer are arranged on the base material layer, and the imprinting layer can serve as a base on the lower portion of the three-dimensional pattern layer; the embossed layer provides a background and a supporting, connecting and fixing position for the pattern layer, and the embossed layer and the pattern layer are matched with each other, so that the overall three-dimensional change effect of the pattern can be greatly improved, and the individual requirements on the plastic floor are greatly met. The invention further provides a processing method of the plastic floor. The processing method is used for enabling the plastic floor to be more personalized.
