The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, making preparation before operation ofvehicle key maintenance; S2, performing key maintenance operation on the train: demarshalling the train, continuously disassembling the train body in a warehouse, pushing a bogie out to a bogie warehouse, disassembling, disassembling and maintaining train door windows, carriage connecting devices, coupler buffers, a braking system and electrical equipment on the train body, cleaning, maintaining and debugging all components after bogies in a bogie warehouse are completely disassembled, assembling the maintained bogie, carrying out a bogie static load test to make the train body assembled, assembling the train body and the bogie, and marshalling the train in a comprehensive/key maintenance warehouse; and S3, carrying out overall debugging and acceptance work after key maintenance of the train. Aiming at the difference with trains such as subways, national railways and the like, the provided key maintenance process method is completely matched with the suspension type monorail train to ensure the safe operation of the trains.
