Anti-cracking coarse aggregate-containing 3D printing concrete material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-cracking coarse aggregate-containing 3D printing concrete material which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 28-45% of cement, 5-15% of a mineral admixture, 0.08-2.8% of fiber, 15-40% of fine aggregate, 20-40% of coarse aggregate, 0.8-1.5% of a superplasticizer, 0.15-1.0% of a thixotropic agent; and 1.5-3.5% of a temperature control shrinkage reducing agent. The coarse aggregate gravel is added into the formula of the concrete, so that the cracking resistance of the 3D printing concrete material can be effectively improved. The 3D printing concrete material is rich in raw material source, and low production cost.
本发明公开了一种抗开裂含粗集料3D打印混凝土材料,其特征在于,按照重量百分比计,该混凝土材料包含以下组分且各组分含量为:水泥28~45%;矿物掺合料5~15%;纤维0.08~2.8%;细集料15~40%;粗集料20~40%;超塑化剂0.8~1.5%;触变剂0.15~1.0%;温控减缩剂1.5~3.5%。本发明在混凝土的配方中加入粗集料碎石,能够有效提高3D打印混凝土材料的抗开裂性能。本发明的原料来源丰富,生产成本低。
